This product is produced and marketed by BASF SE, Ludwigshafen, Germany. The unit producing and marketing this product is certified according to ISO 9001:2008. An HACCP concept is implemented. GMP requirements according to FDA Title 21 Food and Drugs, cGMP Part 110 and “BRC Global Standard Food” (Classification: A) are fulfilled.

Ammonium bicarbonate N Food Grade is a mixture of ammonium hydrogen carbonate and anticaking agent magnesium carbonate. Each fulfill separately the purity criteria for food additives set by EU Directive 2008/84/EU, the Joint (FAO/WHO) Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) in the Codex Alimentarius. They also fulfill the effective specification limits of the European and British Pharmacopoeia.

The contents of this specification agreement shall be treated confidentially and may not be disclosed to third parties by either party without prior written agreement of the other.


For each order the supplier will provide a certificate of analysis showing the test results from continuous production for all properties listed in 2.


This specification agreement shall come into force upon signature by both parties and shall run for an unlimited period of time. Any changes or additions to this agreement must be made in writing.


This specification agreement is valid for all BASF deliveries of above product.
 


The aforementioned data shall constitute the agreed contractual quality of the product at the time of passing of risk. The data are controlled at regular intervals as part of our quality assurance program. Neither these data nor the properties of product specimens shall imply any legally binding guarantee of certain properties or of fitness for a specific purpose. No liability of ours can be derived there from.
